How old are the magazines ?
The magazines are generally one or two issues behind those on current news-stands. Please note that titles published overseas are often "out of date" by the time they hit the news-stands as it takes a month or two for them to be shipped to Australia.
How often are the magazines sent out ?
Reception Magazine Supplies send out parcels of magazines every month. However you can elect to have a parcel sent to you each month, every second or third month and even a one-off delivery as required.
What if I want to change the frequency of parcel delivery ?
You can change your frequency of delivery at any time , just let us know. You will receive the same number of parcels / magazines but over a longer or shorter period of time as the case may be.
Why isn’t every title available every month ?
Some titles are only published every second, third, fourth or sixth month, so the new edition is simply not available yet to be included. At times there are a low number of returns for a given title so there may not be enough to supply everyone that requests it. In this situation we rotate the selection to be as fair as possible to everyone.
If you would like to know the availability of any titles, please contact us and we can let you know what the supply is likely to be.
What if a title I selected is not available ?
In this instance we would replace it with the most similar magazine available or a second choice selected by you. You WILL NOT receive a car magazine in place of womens fashion!
What if I want to change my selection of titles ?
Simply complete the change of choices form and either post, fax or email it back to us. Change of Choices form.
How many magazines do you send in a parcel ?
In general 10 or 20. Any number and frequency can be arranged just let us know your particular requirements.
How long does it take to start ?
The magazines are generally sent the day after receiving your subscription and payment, then it is 1 to 5 days in the post. If we are just about to receive the next months magaziness we will hold off sending it for a few days so you receive the very latest titles.
Why did I receive more magazines than I asked for ?
Freebies! Sometimes publishers ask us to include their magazine, so their magazine will receive added exposure to your customers. Also at times we have a surplus of magazines and may include them in your pack. There are no extra charges to you!
What do I do with the old magazines when the new ones arrive ?
They are your property so there are a few options, you can donate them to The Salvation Army, Op Shops or local charities, or if they are tired/torn just recycle them.
